I am in the midst of a project for a non-profit organization in the western US. I'll need to do some phone-based research of current and past users of their services to understand what they like/dislike vs. other program providers they use, what other types of programs they'd like to see, etc., as well as calling past participants that haven't attended anything in a while and those that have sought information but never attended anything to understand why they do not or no longer participate (e.g. types or cost of programs, location of programs offered, etc.), and what they would want to see offered to attract them.
I'm thinking about 80 completed interviews of perhaps 20 minutes in length (likely using 2-3 different question sets, on 25-30 people each), conducted mainly in evenings. The client would provide list of contacts. I'd want a spreadsheet of results.
Can you give me an estimated cost/time to do this?
