In order to make a sales call, we need a name, phone number, position, and email address. These vary depending on what kind of site we are talking about. I will specify everything below, but overall, I wanted to make sure you know the purpose. Note that they don't always have everybody in this 411 phone book... so it won't get you very far all the time... but, you should try and get familiar with anyhow, as it can be quite helpful. Important note... wherever you can NOT get the right contact, please make sure you get the contact of someone important in the organization. Doesn't really matter who, as long as they are important enough to have a secretary. This way, when a sales person calls, the secretary will be helpful and direct the sales person to the person that they should be speaking to. At the very minimum! If you can't find ANYONE, at least put a basic phone number down so that a salesperson can call and ask who to speak to. Columns for every section: Name of Organization, Web Site Address, Position (always Communications first, next choices vary by type of site), Name, Phone, Email Address There are 5 sections to this web page that interest us. Please return a spreadsheet with 5 tabs in it, one for each section outlined below. 1. State of Florida Agencies - 40 Agencies listed Columns required: Name of Agency/Entity, Main Web Site Address of Agency (found on next page), Position (1st choice: Communications Director / Director / Co-ordinator - Communications Office, 2nd choice: Public Relations / Public Information Director. 3rd Chocie: Director Information Technoogy (IT)), Name, Phone, Email Address e.g. Agriculture, [login to view URL], Communications Director, Frank Smith, (250) 458-3052, [login to view URL] A few points regarding the 'Communications Director' ... they don't always go by this name. So... keep your eyes open and thinking cap on. 2. Other Governmental Entities and Postsecondary Education - 25 sites listed Same columns... you *should* be able find a director type person from communications. If not, go with an important person from the organization. 3. Committees, Commissions and Other Organizations - 35 sites listed Same as above please. 4. Counties - Click on the Counties link at the top middle of the page - 65 sites listed The key position here is still communications, although you are not likely to find it too often. Please make the second choice here be County Manager... you will find that in almst every case. 5. Cities - Click on the Cities link at the top middle of the page, beside Counties - 195 sites listed Again, try for Communications here, but you probably won't find it too often. You will almost always find the City Manager, so make that the second choice. There are a total of 360 sites in this list. Please provide me with a quote for this work.
