The hardcopy of your report is to be a maximum of 10 A4 pages [+/- 10% which includes the Table of Contents (1 page), Report (7 pages) and Reference List (2 pages) and is to use each of the subheadings outlined below.

8. Written in a business report format – writing uses business style with 3rd person point of view (ie the organization) not 1st person point of view (our organization) and no contractions or abbreviations.
