The scope is to prepare a business plan for a new pizza establishment to be open the beginning of next year.
The concept for the restaurant, named "the organic pizza" is centered around a takeaway, roman/italian style pizza created with organic, locally sourced ingredients.

The restaurant will be set in an area close to downtown so should very much appeal to the fashionable 18-30 year old demographic.
