We are currently looking for someone with experience(s) in telemarketing, sales, marketing, and a strong background in Real Estate or business funding.
Work and communications will be conducted in your home office, and must have a quiet and productive environment. You will be considered for the position based on your resume, over the phone interview, and references.
All pay will be through commission only. No hourly pay.
All of our services are either paid electronically and will receive large commissions on sale.
Contact businesses or private individuals by telephone in order to solicit sales
Explain our services and prices, and answer questions from customers.
Obtain customer information such as name, address, and payment method, and enter orders
Record names, addresses, purchases, and reactions of prospects contacted.
Obtain names and telephone numbers of potential customers from sources such as telephone directories, ad listings, and provided websites.
Adjust sales scripts to your own benefit
Answer telephone calls from potential customers who have been solicited.
Telephone or write emails to respond to correspondence from customers or to follow up initial sales contacts.
Maintain records of contacts, accounts, and orders.
Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers
Conduct client research in order to obtain information about potential customers.
