About Us The company is a Start Up based in New Delhi, established in 2016. We are the parent company of two brands - VORNEHM (estd. 2016) and DEMIGOD (estd. 2020). Under the label VORNEHM - we sell women’s premium evening wear through our e-commerce website (currently down for rebranding) and under DEMIGOD - we sell men’s and women’s premium sportswear (set to launch in May). The Project The project is a brand launch event for the brand DEMIGOD. The event is a fitness festival put together by Demigod. The event is the first of it’s kind and India’s biggest ever fitness festival. We need at least 300 brands to participate in the fest that shall take place on May 3rd. We are hiring marketing interns for the same, the job includes research, lead generation and successful conversions for the event. I need tele salespeople and on-site salespeople to get people to book a stall at our event. 2 tele salespeople to fix an appointment for the on-site sales people to go and meet. Tele salespeople To research and find suitable leads To chase leads To provide them accurate information of the event through phone calls, e-mails and WhatsApp To follow up with the lead To setup a meeting with the lead Conversions: Only a confirmed meeting is a successful conversion. If no meeting intern has met with the lead, even after the lead agreed to a meeting, it will not be called a successful lead conversion. Thus, shall not count as a conversion. Minimum goal is 300 lead conversions per employee Every 10 additional conversions shall receive an incentive Rules to follow: Record and document every call, email and message thread Follow Up Ensure successful conversions On-site sales rep Meet every lead generated Explain the terms & conditions of our company Understand the expectations of the client Successfully convert the meeting Conversions: It is only after a successful payment that a meeting shall be considered as a successful conversion. If no payment is made, it will not be called a successful conversion Minimum goal is 50 lead conversions per employee Every 10 additional conversions shall receive an incentive Rules to follow: Record and document the meeting Collect ID proof of the business owner Get the person to fill up the form and sign the contract Provide the person with a copy of the contract Take a picture of the person signing the contract Do not leave their office without collecting the payment If the payment is made in cash, the employee shall submit the payment to me within 2 days of receiving
