Hiring a Sales Manager to start our own in house sales team. We are an IT company

We are a SME - software house based in Italy and we spent last 8 years building a solid development team that could provide high quality standard developing software in mobile and web application domain.
You can think about us as luxury software developers, with latest technologies, best automation practices, delivering always on time and respecting all requirements - YEs it's really this way!
I've been running marketing and sales for a while, but it's time to grow and I need someone that could analyze and understand what was our business model until today and make it grow starting generating leads, talking with customer knowing perfectly what we are good at and selling our service.
If we reach the goal, we will hire new resources, expand the sales team and obviously the first one on board would be the one in charge of leading and managing the sales team.
I'm looking for someone that also has new ideas, some experience that could bring on board to scale-up our business.
This is the set of skills and requirements mandatory to apply:
- Perfect english
- Knowledge of IT field
- Marketing and sales proved experience
I'm ok with a full employment contract with monthly salary + bonuses according to projects acquired.
The job can be done from remote.
