Recruitment of suitable sales staff in stores and train them about the brand & all.
Should be able to draft lease/franchisee agreement and negotiate the term and condition with franchisee and landlords.
Should be able to participate and represent in exhibition and trade fairs
Aligning franchisees/ retailer goals with organizational goals
Responsible for On-boarding, Training, pre-launch, launch and ongoing support for franchisees and retailers.
Operational Support from Start up to roll out of all New Sites
Ensuring the right service delivery from all points of contacts to the front end
Coordination with business head for resolution on any issue related to the network
Annual Business Planning, Budget Control, Revenue generation
Closely working with legal department
Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
Good presentation skills is must.
Travelling in India and Abroad is required.
