Make me a website via Shopify

I am looking to create a website via shopfiy. The project details is as follows:
The store is themed towards garden niche products and terrariums.
Total number or products are around 90 and will expand in the future and each product has around 2-3 photos.
All photos are available along with Logo etc.
All photos will need description.
The website has to have both English and Arabic version (this shouldn't be a problem through Shopify)
The theme would be paid for but it will be chosen after discussing it with the freelancer and seeing if it's compatible with large numbers of photos and translation to Arabic.
