I am working since 2002 as a call center agent, currently projekt Otto Group (shipping company Otto Versand, Universal, usw) = inbound customer support and order service. Outbound actually NON. Last project Outbound: Company EGR in the telecommunications industry. Generally, I can offer you: acquisition, Reakquise, telesales, terminations, Up & Cross Selling. However, my fee is NOT hourly! If you hire me, you have just to pay REAL work! There two ways of charge depends on the expense! First Way: Pay per selected Call = 1 Euro/ Call (no matter if 10 min or 1 hour or just 1 min) Second Way: Pay per Call min! = 50 Cent/ min (of course i will try to make short calls depends on whats the project about!) If it´s a sales project usually there will be a small commision added. If there is e commison it depends on the height. Commision is around 5% of order value. If its up to 20 Euro than the cost will get a 25% reduction of base cost. Between 21 and 75 Euro 50% reduction of base cost. So you see this system depends on Work and Success! For both of us a benefit! You pay just work and succes, i can do between my calls what i want without bad consience. Every Call and Feedback will be logged for your highest profit of my work. 1 time a day Feedback to with statistic, feedback from the persons i called, feedback about work and success!
