Rewrite a few employee policies and small handbook so that it is easier to read, even fun to read, easy to remember while communicating serious concepts and expectations we expect from employees .
Thanks for the responses. I have an additional point policy that I would like to have revised. Just came in yesterday. We hire part time (primarily college students) and I don't want to burden them with too many policies and rules. Our business is simple (part time childcare) and I don't want to make it more complicated than it needs to be. Many employees are full time students with enough to read already. These are supposed to be simple part time jobs. On the other hand we are a legal employer so documentation needs to convey clear do's and don'ts.
