We are a medical records software company.
We are looking for a sales rep for warm leads. The leads are in the market for the product that we sell. The position consists of:
1. Contacting the lead the same hour that the lead lands in email box provided by our company
2. Answering any questions that lead may have about the product but also directing them to schedule an appointment of a demo of the software.
3. If a demo of the product is scheduled, be on the first few calls a part of learning what prospects can ask and what they may be looking for in a software package.
We are looking to keep our cost of acquisition of a customer at $100. The lead is costing the company $55. We are willing to pay $55 for you to work the lead. We are willing to offer as a bonus for any prospect that becomes a client. You will receive 5% of the monthly revenue as long as the prospect remains a client. Once you have reached 10 clients, the percentage will increase to 8% for each client above 10.
In order to be paid for the lead, it would require a report of contact with the lead, time and dates and results of each encounter with the prospect. The more detailed the report the better. We will leave the reporting method up to you.
