Application Of Image Processing In Density based Traffic Light Controller

I want a complete matlab code to perform this task, I ll provide required Images to be worked on. This code must be well documented and self coded. You can not use any auto code generation techniques or any type of code which is free available over the net. Such acts are seriously prohibited. Task must be done in minimum time span. Minimum bid will be selected to award this project.

## Deliverables

First of all you will need to give us an executable code. Not the source code. We will test it for minimum 4-5days. If your executable satisfies our requirement then you will need to release source code to check its uniqueness. If we find your code is unique and is not taken from any online source then we will process the amount immediately.

This project must be done in Matlab only for windows
