SIMPLE MATLAB PROGRAM ( using functions fft,ifft,quad,..)

Im electrical engineering student and I need to make a matlab program for solving some mathematics.
Project needs to transform function "X" from time domain to frequency domain, then solve integral in function "Y" by means of numerical integration, then transform parametar "Y" from frequency domain to time domain and lastly plot a few pictures. This should be 1hour work for someone with good matlab and mathematics knowledge.
