We need to confirm the geometric design of a hybrid drive in a automotive application of a torque split type gear train preferably using "kisssoft" software. Only recognized gear design software will be considered. Specifically, using a cad package to do a geometry fit is not a acceptable solution. The requirement is limited to freelancers who have access to recognized gear design packages design that do ISO/Agma gear design etc designs.
Background: Conventional gearbox design software can deal with the conventional planetary type design and the spur gear type , but does not deal with the 'twinned planet type design' and the approach to this question is part of the evaluation of the project.
The basic layout of the gearbox is known and this is a design verification process . There are three designs, all used in a power split differential configuration. 1) The first design is a conventional planetary design, then2) the next design is a 'twin planet' type torque split device and3) the last is spur gear differential type torque split.

It will be expected to supply the output from the gear design program such as geometry, gear design tables and bearing loads that gear design software supplies for feeding back into the cad model and for manufacture.
The gearbox itself is about as complex as a typical 4x4 transfer case, with a planetary hi/lo top stage and a planetary power split as the bottom stage. A layout of the concept exists in solidworks and is the basis of the design. This is not a project design from scratch, the concept is fixed and must be scaled for the chosen load profile. The chosen contractor would need a very good understanding of Kisssoft as the design must be modular ( meaning a few of the gears must be reused in the layouts) eg the ring gear must be used for the twinned planet and the typical epicyclic gear design.
