Hi there I'm a Mechanical and Automation Engineer and have gained over 7 years experience in all 3 domains of CAx's. I checked out your images after reading the description. Although I think I know it but I still would want to know of what do you want to analyze exactly.... I certainly register that you might need to calculate the pressure required for the kart to stay in place without diverging or wobbling the pipe trajectory. Am I correct? I can use Solidworks Motion Analysis/Adams/Ansys Rigid Body Dynamics for the analysis depending on a detailed discussion as different software give different adjustment tools and depending on my knowledge I would use the best software for the purpose. You can pls have a look at a similar work that was done previously on Adams where I determined the Force required for a suction car to climb up a (almost) vertical wall. Thanks

Can you describe it more clearly want you want with pipe and how it is incorporated with the overall design and what kind of motion is the robot performing only then I can start with first a rigid body (kinematic) simulation that will give us the detail information regarding displacement, velocity and acceleration, then I making the pipe flexible if can perform an transient (dynamic) simulation.
