The device prepares meals from scratch using a robotic arm, auto-dispensing ingredient units, an induction cooktop with precision heat control, and a central computing brain. We are at the prototype (Proof of Concept) stage and need a skilled Mechatronics/Robotics engineer to build a working demo unit. What You Will Build — 5 Subsystems 1) Computing Brain — Dual-layer setup using Raspberry Pi (high-level logic + recipe execution) and Arduino (real-time motor/sensor control). These must communicate via serial/UART protocol. 2) Ingredient Dispensing Unit — Minimum 4 hoppers (dry + liquid), each controlled by stepper motors with load cell (weight sensor) feedback for gram-accurate dispensing. Each hopper must dispense to within ±2 grams accuracy. Robotic Arm — 4 to 5 DOF (degrees of freedom) servo-motor-based arm. Must perform stirring (circular motion), ingredient pushing, and basic pan interaction. Motion paths to be pre-programmed (not AI-driven at this stage). Heat Control System — Induction cooktop integration with PID temperature control loop. Thermocouple sensor to feed real-time temperature back to Arduino. Target: maintain set temperature ±5°C. Control Interface — Simple mobile app OR touchscreen UI to: (a) select a demo recipe, (b) start/stop the machine, (c) display live temperature and dispensing status
