Indicator for Metatrader 4

I have a custom indicator that I use on Metatrader 4. I just want an alert attached to the indicator. I want both an audible alert and a visual alert in the pop up box. The visual alert must display the currency pair the signal occurred on and the price at which the signal occurred. The time of the signal could also be displayed but the price is the most important thing. The indicator is attached. That's it. Thanks, Jon
