Simple Mathmatical Breakout EA

I'd like to program an EA around a simple strategy I read about online. The EA uses no indicators. It basically looks at the previous 24 hour daily range at a certain time of day and calculates entry points based off of a percentage of the previous days range. It places a buy and sell order above and below. It places take profit and stop loss for each also based on percetage of daily range. Money management based on a risk percetange and stoploss size. I'm building this EA just to test this thing out. If it shows any promise, I might continue to develop it. I just want to see if this strategy has any merit. I'm not planning on paying a lot for this because I have no idea if it works. Just something I read about and would like to see if it is worth looking into. If someone will do this one for me really cheap, great. If not, I guess I'll never know. If you're interested, IM for the exact details of the strategy.
