Hi, i am a young IT profesional and i work for a small company where we do alot of migration from old emails to MS 365, short answer on what i will do is: I will start by downloading the pst from your old mails, i will then open the new email on my side and import the files so that it uploads and then download on your side. But i do have a way for you to have access to all the old emails while the migration is busy.
