What I need is an experienced L2 engineer who can jump in remotely, pinpoint the root causes, and leave everything running smoothly without disrupting the team’s workflow. You should be comfortable working in a mixed Windows 10/11 setup, familiar with Azure AD, Intune or Group Policy for sign-in and licensing sync, and confident using tools such as PowerShell, Exchange Admin Center, and standard remote-support platforms.
