Access continuous form - hide text on scroll

Job Description:
We have a continuous form in Access, with conditional formatting set to hide textbox if certain criteria. It works, except while scrolling, then the data always appears - until stop scrolling. I need to have the textbox always hid if meets criteria, even if scrolling. May need to drop the conditional formatting, and instead include solid block charactors in Mysql query if criteria met, and will hide the text (use same color as background of text box)
