I have been working as Administration Officer for last four years which involved tasks like general admin duties, liaising with clients and team members over the phone, emails as well as over the desk, data entry, and accounts reconciliation. This involved lot of multitasking and taking initiatives in my role.
Prior to my current role I have done Customer Service roles both in inbound and out bound call centres. This role has enhanced my capability to handle all kind of customer enquiries (sales as well as inbound contact centre) over the phone.
