I used to use UML and IE for process modeling and know the basics of BPM. I am a avid VISIO user. I had a project where I linked VISIO to MS-Access. I did not use VISIO for process modelling but this is not an issue for me. Answers to your questions: 1- Examples of previous Visio or process diagram work - None. 2- Your estimated price per diagram: 1 to 2 hours depending on complexity and understanding. 3- Approximate turnaround time: 7 - 10 days. Note, in the beginning there will be some time consumed in communication, so I will get 1 diagram, convert it and ask for your feedback and so on until, we agree on your exact style requirements. This time is not part of the estimate. - Confirmation that you can manually recreate diagrams (not simply export them): You have issues with the quality of direct export so I won't use this method.
