This is purely text data entry—no numbers or images—so attention to spelling, punctuation, and layout is crucial. Scope • Read each handwritten page and type the content verbatim into Microsoft Word. • Preserve original headings, bullet points, and paragraph breaks where they appear. • Flag any illegible words or unclear sections with a highlighted comment so I can review them later. Deliverable • A single .docx file containing all transcribed text, ready for immediate use. I will supply high-resolution scans of the notes as soon as we start. Accuracy and prompt turnaround are my top priorities; if you have experience deciphering varied handwriting styles, that’s a plus.
