We require a developer to build our SharePoint and the requirement is: All staff see main homepage  This holds some key company information  A button to our web based CRM, password sharing tool  Key company information – addresses, company numbers,  Company news  Link to a company address book of contacts and suppliers  ( Holiday booking calendar ) ====================================================== There will then be links or buttons to 7 sections or sub sites with these functions: i. Customer Service & Administration 1. Links or buttons to key websites and tools 2. Process training documents a. Staff can download, use, edit, the sharepoint logs the edit / keeps track so we never lose former versions ==================================================== ii. Accounts & Platforms 1. Links or buttons to key websites and tools (platforms) 2. Process training documents a. Staff can download, use, edit, the sharepoint logs the edit / keeps track so we never lose former versions 3. Platform audit log a. Excel files added monthly confirming audit information ====================================================== iii. Guidance & Advice 1. Links or buttons to key websites and tools (research tools) 2. Procedures documents a. Staff can download i. Management can download, use, edit, the sharepoint logs the edit / keeps track so we never lose former versions 3. Process training documents a. Staff can download, use, edit, the sharepoint logs the edit / keeps track so we never lose former versions 4. CPD log using lists functions a. Save date, topic, category, description, time taken, upload files to each entry ====================================================== iv. Management & Compliance 1. Links or buttons to key websites and tools (FCA) 2. Procedures documents a. Staff can download i. Management can download, use, edit, the SharePoint logs the edit / keeps track so we never lose former versions 3. Compliance Logs using lists functions a. Reporting ====================================================== v. Marketing ⁃ links or buttons to: a. Library of logos etc (one drive folder) b. Marketing materials archive (one drive folder) c. Newsletter archive (one drive folder) ====================================================== vi. HR ⁃ links or buttons to: 1. Handbook download ====================================================== vii. IT ⁃ 1. Set up procedures docs (for remote staff joining) 2. FAQ of common problems and fixes 3. Support numbers ====================================================== The Successful candidate will have experience and references where they have designed a visually advanced SharePoint with similar functionality
