I have a ready-to-submit Windows kernel-mode driver that needs Microsoft attestation signing through the Hardware Dev Center portal. WHAT I PROVIDE: - [login to view URL] (64-bit kernel driver, WFP network filter) - [login to view URL] (driver installation file) - Both files ready and tested WHAT YOU DO: 1. Package the files into a .cab (or I provide it pre-packaged) 2. Sign the .cab with your EV certificate 3. Upload to Microsoft Partner Center → Hardware Dashboard 4. Create new submission → select "Attestation" signing 5. Wait for Microsoft to process (usually minutes to a few hours) 6. Download the resulting .cat catalog file signed by Microsoft 7. Deliver the .cat file to me REQUIREMENTS: - You MUST have active, working access to the Microsoft Partner Center Hardware Dashboard - You MUST have an EV Code Signing certificate linked to your account - You MUST be able to create new driver submissions right now (not "pending" or "deactivated") - Experience with attestation signing submissions preferred IMPORTANT NOTES: - This is attestation signing ONLY — no HLK/WHQL testing needed - The driver is a legitimate network filter driver (similar to WinDivert) - 64-bit only (no 32-bit needed) - One-time job, approximately 30 minutes of actual work - Potential for repeat business 1-2x per year when driver updates are released DELIVERABLE: - The Microsoft-signed .cat file (signed by "Microsoft Windows Hardware Compatibility Publisher") Please confirm in your response: - That you currently have active Hardware Dashboard access - That you have successfully submitted drivers for attestation signing before - Estimated turnaround time Thank you!

Hey there! Driver signing jobs like this usually get blocked when EV certificates aren’t properly linked or Partner Center access isn’t fully active. I’d solve this by handling the submission cleanly end-to-end so you get your signed catalog without delays. I’ve worked with Windows driver workflows and understand the attestation signing process through the Hardware Dev Center, including packaging, EV signing, and submission handling. I can package your .sys and .inf into a proper .cab, sign it with an EV certificate, submit via Partner Center using Attestation signing, and return the Microsoft-signed .cat file once processed. I also double-check submission metadata to avoid rejections, which is where most delays usually happen. This is a quick, straightforward task when done correctly, and I can turn it around fast so you’re not waiting unnecessarily. I communicate clearly and keep things efficient, so you’ll get exactly what you need without complications.

Hello, I can help package and submit your Windows kernel-mode driver for Microsoft attestation signing through the Hardware Dev Center process. I have experience with Windows driver packaging, INF/CAT handling, EV code signing requirements, and Microsoft Hardware Dashboard attestation submissions. I can prepare the CAB properly, verify the INF structure, submit it as attestation signing, and deliver the Microsoft-signed CAT file once processed. I’ll make sure the package is clean before upload so there are no avoidable portal validation errors. I’m ready to start and can turn this around as soon as the required Partner Center access and signing setup are available. One important note: I can only confirm active Hardware Dashboard access and EV certificate status after checking the account being used for the submission. Best, Smit
