I am looking to build a massive (nationwide - US) community classifieds similar to craigslist. I want it simple in design and easy to use. No flashy graphics. This will be a service where users can self publish their ads and the community will help monitor it (there will be some type of flagging system). I believe there will be a user database and I will need to be able to accept payments (credit cards and paypal if possible). There also needs to be a way for people who post ads, to earn "credit". This website needs to be easy to manage (by someone who is not web savy). I believe my idea to be somewhat complicated, a mix of craigslist, ebay, and myspace. I am looking for someone to take my Idea and turn it into a website. This will require that you help design how it will work (I know what I want, Im just not sure what is possible).
