Job Title: CRM Development for Medical Sales Team Project details: I need a program to manage our visits and information of hospitals in the public health sector in South Africa. I created an excel to explain what we want. In summary what we need: 1. It must be easy and quick for the reps to log a call. It is straight forward with drop-downs and comments. The input will be on a cell phone. 2. They will also have a screen to log a future event planned. 3. At the office we will populate the information for the drop-downs from a desktop computer. 4. The goal is to drill down from a dashboard with summarized information of all the facilities visited.
