Help me format answers in Mercado Libre

Job Description:

I have Mercado Libre store. When I answer customer questions, Mercado Libre does not allow me to format the answers. No paragraphs or spaces or any html codes. The answers no mater how long they are just run on with no separations. That makes it very hard to give answers with long explanations or links to other products.

I need some one to look at the code. Figure out how I can add spaces or paragraphs to make my answers more user friendly

Here is an example of what I want to write:

Good Morning, yes we have several batteries available:

• 1.3 amp [login to view URL]

• 1.5 amp[login to view URL]

• 3.0 amp[login to view URL]

• 5.0 amp[login to view URL]

We also are having a special on a Dewalt Impact Wrench model DFC787 - [login to view URL]

Here is an example of after I post and they remove the formatting (The Spanish is me)

Everything just runs on and it is very difficult for the customer to read and understand
