Job Description:
Inventory management App description.
There are two processes, they are:
1. Receiving inventory and dispatching inventory.
2. The mobile app would need to have two input forms, the first is a "Checking-in inventory" form and the second is a "Checking-out" inventory form.
3. It is important to note that the information from the mobile apps forms (mentioned above) need to be able to link to a google sheets spreadsheet in the cloud.
4. The forms in the mobile app must write to individual tabs in a google sheets spread sheet i.e. the “Checking in” form must write to the "Checking-in" tab and the "Checking-out" form must write to the “Checking-out” tab in the same spreadsheet. The mobile scanning app MUST allow for the individual forms to be pointed to individual sheets within the SAME spreadsheet.
Description of app "Checking-in" form.
1. Auto Date and time capture.
2. The ability to create a drop down list of names which can be populated with the names of the people that would be responsible for receiving the inventory. (10 lines, option to “remember last value”).
3. The ability to create a drop down list of vendors which can be populated with the names of the vendors that have shipped the goods to us. (10 lines, option to “remember last value”).
4. The ability to put in any number between 1 and 1000 units. (option to “remember last value”).
5. A QR/bar code scanner.
6. The ability to take a photograph (transmit in a small format).
7. A “Check-in another item” button or “close and update” button
8. If “close and update” is chosen then returns to “Check-in” page on the App.
Description of App “Checking-out” form.
1. Auto Date and time capture.

3. The ability to input the name of the client to which it is being shipped. (10 lines, option to “remember last value”).
9. The ability to insert a Shipment reference number (numbers and letters 30 characters). (option to “remember last value”).
10. A QR/bar code scanner.
11. The ability to take a photograph (transmit in a small format).
12. A “Check-out another item” button or “close and update” button
13. If “close and update” is chosen then returns to “Check-out” page on the App.
