We are looking for an individual with experience in mobile app development. The goal is to make an app like whatsapp, an instant chat app. We are looking for development to be done in android, iphone and ipad areas. We are open to discussion on the technologies you would like to use to make this happen (please send these details as a PM). We have attached a rough list of the features we are looking to have on the app. The UI design will be provided from our end.
We are hoping to have this done neatly and quickly. Cost and quality are going to be the variables used to pick the winning bid.
