Hey there! I saw your project, and even though you said to email you about what this project entails, I think I already know! I used to be an avid developer through the google play store, and therefore I know how to setup a google developer account. I just want to notify you that Google charges a fee to signup, and the last time I checked it was $25. If you hire me I will guide you through the entire process, from signing up to uploading your first application.
