I need to have a counter app that will go on a 10" android tablet. This will be a Goal counter for production. One half of the screen will display text "Goal" and then below it a number that can be entered in from on screen keyboard. on the other half of the screen will display the text "Actual" and below that a box that has a number, that starts at 0 and counts up. The number will increase by one when a person on the production line hits a button that is connected to the tablet via usb. (see [url removed, login to view], this can be configured to send text or enter commands) There will also be two other touch buttons on the screen that are "Start" and "Stop". When the Start button is pushed the screen will prompt to enter a number for the "Goal" box. After it is entered the app will start counting when the button is pushed. When the button is pushed I want a time stamped entry into a log file (stored on removable sd card) along with the current number In the "Actual" box. There will be a time stamped entry for each button push in the log. when the production run is over, the "Stop" button will be pressed and at that point the "Goal" and "Actual" counters will be zeroed out and the log file will be emailed to an address that has been previously enter in a set up screen for the app.

This project seems simple enough. I can start this for you as soon as you are ready. As I do not have the USB device, we may need to do some debugging which may cause delays, but I do not foresee this being an issue.
