I am running Windows 7 Pro on my desktop and the video card I have is a EVGA 04G-P4-3687-KR GeForce GTX 680 FTW+

I currently have 2 hdmi cable and 2 dvi cables just laying in the floor behind my computer. When I want to use my dual monitors I connect both dvi cables (nothing else). When I want to use a Tv in a different room I connect the appropriate hdmi cable (nothing else) to my video card. When I use the hdmi cables the computer is automatically switching audio from the desktop speakers to the TV it is connected to. I have been doing this for so long now that I forget if I set that up some how or that is how it works by design but I like that and need it to remain the same. I have USB extender cable ran through the walls and have a keyboard/mouse in all 3 locations.
What I would like to do is connect all 4 devices at once (this video card only had 4 ports and one is a displayport so I ordered an active displayport to hdmi converter but it hasn't arrived yet). I wouldn't want all 4 to operate simultaneously though. I need a solution to allow me to use my phone to chose which of these 3 possibilities I want:
1. video to the dual monitors (connected to the 2 dvi ports) at my desk with sound over my desktop speakers at the appropriate resolution (I will get the resolution for you later)
2. video and audio to the TV in my living room at the appropriate resolution (this is different than the desktop resolution) using the hdmi port
3. video and audio to the TV in my bedroom at the appropriate resolution using the displayport converted to HDMI.
I would like 3 different icons on my Android phone's desktop to chose between these 3 options. If I wanted to remote in and do this change in 5 steps I could do that without paying anything. That is not convenient enough. Also, your solution cannot prevent me from manually changing the video settings. If my phone breaks I cannot stop using my pc for 2 days. I would walk to which room was currently getting video and manually change it the old way.
