QR Code Scanner App Please do not bid on this until you have read and fully understood the statement of work in detail. A Non-Disclosure Non-Compete agreement will have to be signed before project is assigned. All coding and any other data used to create, design, and implement the database, website, customer portal and mobile app will belong to our company. Any intellectual property or rights to intellectual property belong solely to our company. We are in the search of an individual that could submit a one-time development price proposal for the following activities • Design the application considering all features described below • Code the application for IOS and Android • Trail and debugging • Assign the app development over to our developer account in both IOS and Android in order to be published for download • Provide minor technical support in the process if needed Terms 20% on acceptance + 50% on completion, balance 14 days after completion and final testing. And additionally submit a proposal for a monthly maintenance retainer fee for support on app malfunctions, maintenance, minor seasonal changes and updates. If successful, we will expand this to other apps in the process with necessary incremental adjustment in the retainer fee. The price range set on Freelancer is referential as this is a basic application, the important part is that we are looking for a long-term commercial development supplier.
