Jquery mobile site for real estate

We are a real estate brokerage located in the United States and need to build a high-end, user-friendly mobile website for browsing our local real estate listings. Users will be able to see the new listings in our area, browse our office's listings, and perform text, location, and map based searches. The website is going to be tied into our existing backend and CRM. The website will be entirely focused around lead generating. After a certain time or pages, we want to force the user to sign-in or sign-up.

We need a great designer and developer for the mobile site. It will communicate by JSON to our back-end for real estate data and user account info. Our company's programmer will make the API and tie into our backend.
