Scope of Work
Complete the functionality of a beta iPhone application. This includes: bug fixes, design changes to enhance user experience.
Schedule and Milestones
1. RFP Solicitation Date December 4th

Qualifications (Must have requirements):
Native iOS development (Must provide portfolio and/or app names)
Optimized for iOS8 but compatible with other iOS versions
Mobile design experience. Since this app is in beta and much of the work that needs to be done is design, we need someone that has a lot of experience designing clean mobile apps that look and perform well. BRING IDEAS/SUGGESTIONS TO THE TABLE
Experience integrating mobile applications with existing RESTful APIs. We have a RESTful API and you will need to use it.
Experience with social sign-in and/or registration, social oauth and 3rd party API via provided 3rd party API’s e.g. Facebook/Twitter
New user “wizard” experience that will direct the user when they first sign into the app via pop up messages in the app.
Experience with push notifications
Working with iPhone geolocation. Specifically providing lat/lon coordinates and displaying markers using the Google Map API.
Experience with Find Friend functionality (find friends using Contacts in phone, Facebook)
UI/UX design experience is a MUST. We are not artists and are looking for someone that can bring suggestions on how to make things look good and make the users experience better.
MUST be a user of Facebook, Twitter, and/or Instagram – This is essential so the developer will understand how we want the app to flow.
Good English communication skills (verbal and written)
Additional Qualifications (not required):
Android development experience. If things go well there will be more work to come and deploying the app on Android is one of them.

Contractor Fee and Rates:
Provide a lump sum estimate fee to perform the scope of work stated above. Please also provide an hourly rate for any additional work that may be asked in the future as part of the app development. If you answer ALL of our questions and we like your job profile we will set up an additional Q&A Skype call. Must be willing to sign an NDA.
