Iphone Application - Gym tracker

I posted this application months ago but it was not fesable as I didnt realise the cost and difficulty in creating a fully moprhable 3d male model that would cover everyones body shape....

This version is ready to go so im looking to work with an experienced i-phone app developer who can illustrate their creativity through a portfolio

The Application will be is just for the male body and stems around a few formula's which I have created, Basically, the entire application is currently being run in excel but I need the statistics to look more like a medical/technolgical break through rather than a normal graph chart which is why I am hoping to work with someone that is creative in turning boring graphs in to the visual masterpiece.

The application basically takes the users body measurements and calculates the most symmetrical body shape he can aspire to (using formula's/ratios I have created), showing areas of concern and % of how far he is from his target.

So It will consist of the following:

1 Users being able to enter the personal measurements, for example, height, weight, body measurements which will need to be used to form some sort of accurate male model based on the data entered.

2. The app then needs to input these measurements in to my specific formula to compute the most symmetrical shape the users body can be. (Again it needs to be visual which is why I want someone who has a graphic design background) Using the outline option, a 2nd outline would appear which would be the symmetircal body.

3. The app's most important aspect is to then show differences between the current shape of the person and the most symmetircal shape using charts and percentages (picture something like player ratings in games: eg: Left bicep is 93% to target

Basically it will be a total body analysis also including some other calculations I will provide that work out body fat level and BMI count..etc.

4. The 10 commandments page - 10 rules that will get the user to achieve their ultimate body (this is just text)

5. the app needs a history tracker page which will show in a graph form things like fluctuation in weight used in exercises, fluctuation of reaching the target (symmetrical shape)

As the user will be entering in there measurement for the following body parts I would like the designer to create something that aids with charts, etc that we best show differences between the following body parts: 1. Quadriceps 2. Hamstrings 3. Calves 4. Chest 5. Back 6. Shoulders 7. Triceps 8. Biceps 9. Forearms 10. Trapezius 11. Abs

I want the application to include:

A welcome page,

Link to facebook to post a snap shot of users results

An instructions page (how to set up page) with a model visually showing the user what measurements they need to do,

A tracking page with a visual model of results. (should be able to see in a different color all variances of the shape of the body and a few other basic body analyis of (statistics, charts page)

All rights will belong to myself and final payment will be made upon acceptance on iphone's application website

Please see attached for a description of how the application should work. (im not a designer so it may be a little difficult to understand)
