Xamarin offline sync engine for an ios/android project

I need a skilled xamarin developer to build an ios / android page using xamarin. The page should have the the following ui/functionality: 1. a textfield + search button - when the search text is filled and the search button is pressed it should search the remote web api (my server) and when the results are returned using json - then it should display the results to the user. 2. When the user selects a row it should store the selected row in a local sqlite database and display the selected row in a tableview. Also it should send the "selected" row to the remote server api if the network is available. If it is not available then it should only store it locally and then "save the changes to a local temp" until the network becomes available and it will be able to send the data changes to the remote server web api.
