Hi, I have read the PDF file you attached....I can handle this project with high quality and efficiency. I already have android app developed that sends user location (heartbeat) every X mins/secs and show nearby users live on map and store heartbeat in local storage if connection error and send later to server. Your project seems very interesting ....I have couple of queries 1) for POIs and Common places both visiting ... will we use google API to find out the POIs ? or you will have your own db for POIs with coordinates ? 2) what will be the difference between Live users location and recommended users ?...I assume that live user locations will be for all users whether matched or not with the user request If you want to go with IIS and SQL Server.... it is recommended to have APIs + backend in .NET WEB API. For 1st phase I recommend text based chatting between people and blocking of people....in next phase we can add Group chat and other features like sending images/videos Lets discuss in detail... thanks
