Android & IOS App ,IMAGE PROCESSING MUST API

Require end to end design and development of a mobile app (iOS and Android) and a simple 1 page front end website and a back admin dashboard. The app will allow a user to take a picture for passport/visa/id requirements. UI Designs will not be provided, Page 1: - On download user will be taken to page one with a welcome label (<<Some Text>>). The user will then be able to select the country for which the photo is required. Another selection will be available for the user to select the type of picture e.g. passport/visa/id etc. User will click continue and will be directed to page 2. Page 2: - The user will then be prompted to take a picture (selfies not encouraged). The picture will have borders, formats and outline of the face and shoulder predefined and resized according to the selection made on page1. Once the user confirms the picture and hits continue, the system conducts a series of automated checks (imaging processing) to ensure the picture is valid and according to required specs. o Check if eyes are open o No Smiling o full face visible o Background is white (in other words did the user have taken a picture against a white wall or background) image processing/image capturing required If tests pass, give a success message else (tests fails) redirect to page 2 again for picture retake. Page 3: - 2 options will be given to user, 1) Digital file 2) print out, if digital file then email will be required and directed to payment, if printout selected The system will prompt user to enter their details, address and select province/state for shipping - if user select shipping Then user will be mandated to enter type of shipping i.e Expedited or Standard - Once selected a window will pop up with the details of the cost including shipping. - User hits OK and is directed to page 4. Page 4: - User is prompted to enter payment details (you will have to integrate Stripe payment)(somewhere there should be written, " by clicking submit , you agree to the terms and condition of (our company name) - On successful entry and successful payment, a window will pop up with a success message and an orderID with the seller’s email at the bottom. - In the background on submit a few events take place: o User receives confirmation email as well that order is being processed with a system generated orderId o we also receives a notification email as well that an Order has come through to start processing. o A folder is created on the network/server folder with the date the order was placed and within the folder a jpg/png picture of the user(customer) saved for processing o The DB table updated with the order details and customer details. A back-end an Admin Panel to view/edit/update the orders. WordPress admin portal.(you can suggest another platform feel free as long as it does the job) Once the picture has been printed and stamped we will update the order status in back end from processing to shipped, a notification email should go to the user that the picture is being shipped on the order confirmation page 4, links should be present that will link to the front end website ( privacy, Accesibility, Terms) Website: - 1 page with Div Sections and will have information about the app and a link to download this particular app in android and iOS systems.
