So we do not waste each other's time read this first.... 1- I am an APP developer ( I know what I am doing and how much it cost) 2- I do NOT need your team to do everything for me ( I will need you to make parts of the app) 3- I am willing to hire even new people ( you will have to show me what you can do in ONE DAY) 4- I will pay you on time at the market rate ( do not try to throw numbers at me, BE REALISTIC if you want to work with me) 5- To begin you need to show me the apps you have built YOURSELF ( means you do have the source codes for them) The app will be broken down in parts and will have to be built in parts. You will be compensated Depending on your part. 30% of your fee will be held in escrow until final integration. After you remove all bugs and it will work you will get 100% of your money released. I am looking to build Uber like app that will allow driver and the end user negotiate the prices ( like on Freealancer or upwork websites). So it must be a combination of UBER and Freelancer apps. In order to qualify you will need to tell me what are your strong points and what you can work with. When you name the qualifications i assume that you have the source codes to implement and tweak if necessary so you will save yourself some time. API Integration Required: Payment Processor, Social Media, Other Project Type: Ongoing project Ongoing project: Designer, Developer, Project Manager, QA Devices: iPhone, iPad Project Stage: Fully Specified Other Skills: Swift You will be asked to answer the following questions when submitting a proposal: Please submit your previous work and outline which parts of the project you were involved with. Any experience with back end on AWS? What xcode version you are using? Do you use swift 3?

*** I am an American Full Stack Developer. I have been creating apps since the inception of the iPhone. I am confident I am one of the best developers on this site. I build only native apps in Xcode and I do everything myself, I do not outsource. I rarely use Third Party API's because they take forever to update and I don't like them breaking my apps. My API's that do the same thing are always faster and more reliable anyways. Not to mention they are more secure. My custom RESTful API that I build is second to none in speed an security, it rivals that of AWS. I have experience with just about everything the iPhone can do. I build only high quality apps and systems. I do however still program in Objective C. I don't see a need to switch, yet. My code is extremely fast and well organized, I can prove it. So Swift is a lateral move for me. Also, I feel other SDK's are finally just getting to Swift. Plus my security code is all in Objective C and it needs to be rewritten in Swift. It's on my list for this year to switch to Swift. Thank you for your time! Carey
