Hi there, Greetings! I took your data and transformed to build the Power BI dasbhoard - please review my portfolio and you will see an item "Sales Vs Target - Quarterly". Trust it meets your expectation. It took me about 2 hours to transform the data and an equal amount of time (just above 2 hrs) to build the reports. Of course, if we get to include themes / colors the effort may stretch to another hour to hour and half.
