Me and my business partner want a mobile app developed for iOS w/ iPad and later on android. It will be structured like feature points but packaged into an app.

User needs to be able to spend credit for items like gift cards upon accumulating the appropriate amount of credits. When user redeems credits for reward (gift card) they will either be emailed or given a working code on screen.

Applicant needs to speak and understand VERY fluent english. Application needs to have modern functionality and the latest IOS update features (iOS8) , it needs to cover everyhting stated and be a fully functional app that is accepted onto the app store under our account.
