Flashcard APP, specs clear

I need an iPhone app (probably also an Android app later), for which the specifications are already clear. Flashcard Learning app Must Support the XML File attached below (This is the file with the learning content) with all the Questions/Answers. It a must. Read only. No editing of the content Question/Answers is needed so far. Updating other things like last level of the card after learning - or last date learned – yes – but not the Questions and answers. File must be saved on Phone or Dropbox Java App already existing and code can be accessed if needed. ([login to view URL]) The app is a reduced version of the java app.
