Help with APP deliveries, we have completed 90% of the following steps but need help completing the process.

Looking for someone that can help with the following: 1.0 Package an APP properly, using PhoneGap or PhoneGap Build 1.1 Verify the html5 contents in the “www” folder are proper. 1.2 Verify the icons are proper and in the correct folder. 1.3 Verify the [login to view URL] file and other related files are properly formed. 2.0 Upload APP to PhoneGap “Build” using our Adobe account. 3.0 Get all certificates and forms for this APP so as to publish to Apple (Test Flight) and Google. 3.1 Make/verify all certificates and keys are made properly. 3.2 Train "our associate Chad" on this process, so we can swap out the “www” folder contents, modify the [login to view URL], and get all new keys and certificates. 4.0 Put ipa on Apple (Test Flight), have us test it. 5.0 Apply for Apple testing. "our associate Chad to help" 7.0 Ensure we have the basic APP shell and are trained to modify it for different (html5) content by changes to the “www” folder and [login to view URL] file. WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE THAT CAN COMPLETE THIS REQUEST AND POSSIBLY THAT WANTS TO BE INVOLVED WITH 3 OTHER PROJECTS THAT ARE ALREADY PLANNED.
