HTML5 Mobile Browser Video Optimisation

ONLY US-BASED FREELANCERS PLEASE! Hi Freelancers! We need someone to help us with an issue we're having with video we are generating from our app, that plays in a mobile phone browser; Specifically iPhone via Safari on an LTE connection. What we have is a native app that generates a branded video, with a link to a URL that can be shared via any means. But when a user visits this URL containing the Video on an LTE connection, it plays the first 3 seconds, then freezes. We know it's buffering based on the connection, but sometimes it freezes and never continues. The average file size is small; around 1MB and the resolution is only 320 so we know it's not a file size issue. We've found similar issue sin forums online, but our parameters are not as wide as some of the discussions and we think someone that has experience with video and with the right setup can help us get to something that works faster. We will of course share the links to the videos and if need be, as much backend access as you need to see if it's something to do with the server side of the process. IMPORTANT: Because our client and their customers are experiencing this only via a mobile web browser on an LTE connection in the USA, the successful bidder MUST meet the following: * In the USA * Have at least an iPhone * Have an LTE connection to test the results * Have HTML5 and Video Player experience * Server knowledge for solutions * iOS / Xcode experience We will discuss the work in more detail of course, but we estimate an experienced person would find a fix within a day or two. We will settle the full payment once the fix has been made. We will need you to support our developer with your findings and advise accordingly.
