Hybrid App (for Smartphone; IPhone, Android and Tablets)

The App would be a combination of user interface, tactile interaction, integration with device features, and data delivered and consumed via APIs. It should support multiple user maintenance of the standard database template to feed the mobile app. It would feature an admin panel that manages and authorises the data to be released to the application. Users on the app will be able to search for or view information based on various search criteria like Country and city or using the GPS location functionality. They can also narrow down to the information based on QR codes provided. Touch screen navigation allowing users to be able to easily navigate and interact with the information with quick response is required. Users may register initially on the application allowing them to customise some features or personalise the data and even update their diaries or calendar on their phone. The app will be able to provide alert or reminder or ad features when set. I will own all the source codes and not just the apk files, xcode, etc. Project will be broken to 4 milestones and payment will be released after each milestone is delivered i.e. I will not release any initial milestones upon acceptance. A clear understanding of English is necessary.
