implement payment on app

Hello,
I would like to see if you can help us integrate our accounting and payments systems inside our app.
I am not the tech, so I will get you the details, but to start:
We are using React Native.
We take payments from Advertisers on Stripe.
When a person engages with one of our ads, the person gets paid 50% of the charged value, and we get paid the other 50%.
We are building the system for scale. Assume 1M people and 10k advertisers. With 1M+ ads viewed per day.
I need to know how to secure all this money, and account for it immediately for each transaction: (each person has their own balance and each advertiser has their own balance).
